We have been customers of Rockhill Storage and now Moove In for almost 20 years. The Moove In staff have been very helpful during the transition. And today, I needed help. I came to pick up our wheelchair, and asked Matt, the manager, for assistance in moving the wheelchair into the car, a feat, which I, at my age, am no longer able to do. Matt graciously did it for me. He also installed a new lock. After 20 years, our lock and key were creaky, and difficult to open. Wonderful examples of "customer service" at its best. I was driving by today after taking a break from cleaning up the house and decided to stop by for some boxes and tape. Matthew was very attentive and greeted me with a smile. Was sure to help with my needs and even sold me on getting a mattress bag! Knew exactly what to say and was very professional. The facility was very clean and welcoming too! Thinking about coming back for a unit!!

Had a storage unit here for about 2-3 years. Prices are a bit high but the quality is too. Bruce the older man is the nicest ever he is very willing to work with you with any issue and is extremely understanding. The youngest guy can be a bit rude at times. I deffinetly recommended it's safe secure and reputable.

What can I say.. its storage... lol. Didn't have any of the bigger units and I got one of the last middle ones and one smaller one. Dude is nice 👍
