This is the absolute best Storage Facility I've ever been in. Immaculately clean, easily accessed, and very well organized, making getting to and working with your unit extremely convenient.
Additionally, the staff is nothing short of fantastic. I had need to speak with Patrick on two occasions prior to occupying my storage unit and he was kind and helpful beyond my expectations as well as very generous with his time, making sure my questions and concerns were fully resolved.
The facility manager, Linda, is every bit as nice and as helpful as Patrick. While moving in she happened to pass by and chatted, welcoming us and making it feel like a friend was welcoming a guest into their home. That says everything that needs be said, an honest welcome, accompanied by an invitation to call upon her at any time she might be of help.

The manager in the property was approachable and polite. They also were considerate when explaining which way to go for the unit as it was my first time at this business and explained in depth how the process works when passed the gate to my storage unit. Despite at the time having technical issues with their system on site… they were inviting with helpful information and feedback. Definitely would recommend and definitely a 5 star customer experience!

Earlier this week I called because unfortunately I lost my keys to my unit and the lady at the desk. I apologize I cannot remember her name, but she was fantastic from helping me out initially over the phone getting me the forms I needed signed and sent to me to being there when I showed up earlier than expected and still cut my unit open for me. I think she has been phenomenal and I absolutely love this place.

I handled my first business with Extra thru the 800# great, polite, respectful, and informative. Secured a space and filled it. I needed climate control for instruments and sound equipment. They directed me to Dickson City where the old Kmart was.
The Lady at DC was amazing. She made sure I understood the access points and use of the entrance combination and access points to make my trip easier.
I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I was a long time customer of extra space storage. Never knew there was a place up on the Carbondale.Highway where Kmart used to be. The beautiful place and upgraded storage facility with carts to help you move your stuff back and forth to your storage space is amazing. The best thing about my day today with Linda, going Out of her way to get me a place that would be closest to the front so I wouldn't have to walk too much. I have trouble walking. Linda made the process so easy and comfortable, went over everything with me explaining, and I will feel safe that my things are watched over with all the cameras.And hurried the helm. Only downfall, (in my opinion) significant price increases about every 6 months (in my experience, it increased anywhere from $15-40/month).

The place was very neat clean they had the perfect size we were looking for even though I had picked the wrong size the woman at the front desk kindly suggested a different size for only a few dollars more and so much more space they have all different sizes it's indoors which is great because especially with the winter coming up it gets so cold outside and this place is indoors has heat it's very clean you can go to your storage unit and do whatever you need to do in there it is extremely secure you have to have a code to even get into the building overall I was very pleased I had never rented a storage unit before the promotion that they had on was a great deal and if I ever need to use storage facility again this would be the place I would go they have great deals and their units are very spacious clean neat they give you an option of using one of their locks or you can even bring your own it's just a really nice place and especially because it's indoors you would never think it would be a big difference but it is there's no wind no rain nothing it's very nice and the front desk woman was extremely kind I was supposed to be there by 3:00 and she thankfully stayed an extra hour so that I would be able to take care of the payment and get my storage facility all taken care of she was very kind and very very helpful so thank you I will definitely be recommending to friends
