Online signup process was straightforward. A digital hiccup was handled quickly and professionally by the customer service rep I called. Getting in and out was easy, and it was nice that they provided a free lock! Note that the 10x20 outside units (like where you’d store a car) do not appear to have lights or an electrical outlet inside if that’s something you’re looking for.

I dealt with Shelly today, Wednesday, August 7, 2025 regarding a parking spot that I occupy at Moove In Storage in Lititz, PA. Once again, Shelly came through for me. I wish there were 10 stars that I could give her. Earlier in the week when the payment came out for the parking spot, I was charged $109.00. I did not receive any notification ahead of time letting me know of a $29.00 increase. I immediately reported it to Shelly and as usual she took care of it with due diligence and she does it in a very friendly way. We need more individuals like Shelly. She goes over, above, and beyond the call of duty. Shelly is one in a million.

Moove In may not be the least expensive storage facilities in Lancaster but you can’t go wrong if you’re looking for clean, secure, well maintained and managed storage space. The staff members are helpful and friendly. Moving carts are available to bring in heavier items. I have used both the Lititz and Rohrstown facilities over the past ten years and have always been satisfied. Thank you!

Both of the managers at the Lititz Moove in location were very good. Shelley started about halfway through my time renting (rented for a year) and she is on the ball, professional, and friendly. She told things to me straight and in a kind way. And she responded to any inquiry I had in a timely way.

The facility, due to her watchful care as well as good storage tenants, is clean, lights have always worked, climate control working.
I only had to call after hours maybe once. But there is someone there to answer even tho not on site at the moment. They have been pleasant enough and Shelley followed up when back in the office. Solid.

I have rented and kept a temp controlled unit for over 2 years now. In my line of work I look for customer service over everything else.
Let me tell you Lititz Moove In Self Storage went above and beyond in the customer service department. Shelley and her crew were awesome to deal with and made everything very seamless.
The units are very clean, the bathrooms kept clean and plenty of moving carts available. They are also very competitive in price which I was very happy with.

I had a temperature controlled inside unit for about a year and I would highly recommend this storage unit facility. Their hours to get in your unit were great and the facility was always clean. It’s very safe, they provide you with code to get inside. They provide carts and a lock for you which is so nice. Only left because I moved and no longer needed. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely be coming back here.
