My experience with Moove In Self Storage has been outstanding. It is rare to find customer service given with such heart and kindness. I am especially thinking of how you came in on your day off, Monday - Memorial Day, to check the truck out and allow me to move my things, which was the only day I had. To say thank you does not seem enough. But "thank you" for all your assistance and showing such outstanding professional service. My family was impressed with what they observed and we will happily share the good word to others that need a place to store their things.

We reserved a storage unit within 36 hours of actually moving in. The manager was extremely helpful in getting the paperwork done and in getting us moved in. She even provided a temporary lock. All of this caused her to stay after the office was closed, but she did this without rushing us and answered all of my questions.

We've had as many as three storage units here, and things have always gone very smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to rent another one if we needed it.

Although we checking into other storage facilities, our choice of Moove In Self Storage was based on proximity and the helpfulness and professionalism of Peggy, the property manger. All questions are answered, the security is great, it is fast, convenient and safe. Having Peggy there through so many hours make communication easy and helpful. We believe that taking a Moove In Self Storage climate controlled unit was in our best interest.
