Our unit door was left open overnight by accident and we received notification first thing in the morning and they locked it up for us until we were able to get there. Great service.

The employee in the office was very helpful. He was direct, clear, descriptive, and respectful. My only gripe is the price because the web page stated the unit was climate controlled drive up and it isn't climate controlled nor is there a light in the unit. 143$ for a dark, cold closet tastes a bit salty.

Availability, brand new units, easy access and located between both houses during the lead up when we could move in our new house.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted...even though they were assisting another renter. Through the whole rental process Jason was extremely knowledgable and kind. He made sure i knew everything necessary to rent and was a pleasure to work with. The rental unit is very clean and the security features are great.

Online rental process was super easy (user-friendly), the unit size I needed was available, available photos made it easy to decide, and best of all, Josh in the office was super-friendly, knowledgeable, and called right away to make sure I had everything I needed before showing up on moving day. Great experience all around!

It being a newer place for business, also it was fast and quick service available to us. It was clean and the representative there K was very easy to talk to and hospitable with a good character.
