I had a great experience with the Moove In Self Storage on Trindle Road in Mechanicsburg PA. The manager was great to work with when i moved in and then as I moved out also. She was quick to answer or address any of my concerns. She was just a comfort to have in the office overseeing my belongings! Many thanks!

Conveniently Located on E Trindle Rd between Mechanicsburg and Camp Hill. Rented one of their brand new, climate controlled units to store a few things while I moved. As advertised, first month was free. Access was simple and easy, as was the checkout process when I was finished with the unit. A+

Oh, my gosh! Right out of the gate I screwed up my reservation! I thought I was holding it but as it turned out I reserved a unit and it charged my card a month before I was even ready to come up there! Laugh out loud. Convenient location. Storage unit walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling and have a gap. Because our unit was near the entrance, our stuff was covered in dust from outside after being there 6 months. Would need to just ensure all items are inside sealed containers.

I've had a unit at this location for a year and a half. The staff is great. Professional, courteous and timely. They went above and beyond, giving me time and helping me to downsize to a smaller unit when the need arose. I will continue to use them for storage and would definitely recommend them for anyone with storage needs!

Great place to store your car!

I rented a unit on line and arrived literally 20 minutes after to check the place out. The manager had already had everything in place and gave me all of the information I asked for. Definitely recommend renting here.

When deciding where to store my extra items I jumped on Google to see the best reviewed places and this one was at the top. After signing an agreement with them online (which was easy) an employee reached out to me and was very friendly from the start. A couple days later I went into the office to finishing signing some papers and was welcomed with a warm greeting and tour of the facilities. Great people to do business with.

I moved out suddenly from an exes place and had absolutely nowhere to go or take my things. Thankfully, they had openings and were very welcoming. They helped me into a unit right away. When I switched to a bigger unit, they were also helpful and took care of me and made sure my unit was close to the one I already had; this made Transferring things easy. Any time I am out there looking for things or dropping off new items, they are always helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Friendly greeting by Tim upon entry…off to a great start. Had reserved a unit online and came into store to pay up and sign papers. Tim explained everything in detail then walked me out to the gate to make sure my code worked and showed me where my unit was located. Clean, dry facility with awesome classic rock music playing. The prices are reasonable, and I do prefer to do business with locals so this fits just right. My only disappointment was seeing a doggy bed in the office area but no dog ;)

Nice facility, professional staff, and great policies for access hours. You can pay a bit extra and have 24 access with a gate code. The owner speaks to customers personally and the manager onsite is very professional. If you end up not needing climate control, I think their non-climate control units are the coolest and driest of any I've used.

The units are drug-free & my climate control unit is perfect esp with the heat & cold in this area. I have dealt with 3 other storage places in the last 5 yrs & none compare to this facility. Also, this place has the best prices in the Mechsnicsburg area. In addition, BRAAM & TIM aren't trying to rip off their clients by attempting to convince the customer to purchase the insurance as other storage facilities try & do.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I have been renting for several months now. It has truly been a fantastic experience! The facility is extremely clean and very well maintained. The rental prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner is available and “hands on”. He is especially engaged with his customers in a friendly and meaningful way. He is interested in getting to know his clients and personally strives to make sure you’re happy with everything! That seems to be a rare thing these days, especially in a business like this one. I highly recommend iStore self storage as your best option! They have video surveillance and good security protocols in place with many rental options from which to choose.

We were moving back to Mechanicsburg from NC and needed a place to store the contents of our house until we closed on our new home. I checked the other storage facilities that I knew existed in Mechanicsburg and their prices were either high or all storage was inside. When I did a search I found iStore and they were just what we needed...a large storage unit, outside access and prices that were very reasonable. Not long after making the reservation on line, Braam called me to verify the unit would be available and told me to call if we needed anything. Upon arrival to the facility a week later, Cerisa welcomed us as if we were one of the family. It was the simplest of check in processes. They even offer free internet and use of the bathroom facilities in the office. We were in an out of the facility many times moving in and then moving out. Each time we were there someone from the facility would swing by and ask if we needed water or anything else. I would highly recommend iStore Self Storage. The units are clean and modern, everyone is helpful and friendly and the facility is very secure.

Each time I go to my storage unit one of the employees has a friendly greeting and askes if everything is ok and if I need anything. This place is the best. Delilah is also a sweetheart!!!!!!!

From the moment that my wife and I walked into the store, Braam greeted us and it was like we were old friends. He showed us all the features of his inside and outside storage units. We were able to get a unit that my wife was satisfied with. A week later I needed another unit on very short notice and Braam came through and had the door open and waiting on me when I showed up with a load. I like the cleanliness, security and the ease of entry of this facility.

Braum and his amazing assistant cerissa are outstanding. I couldn’t be happier in this new found facility. Braum has gone above and beyond to both accommodate and make me feel like part of the iSorage family. This office and facility is more like a bistro than a warehouse office in what it has to offer almost equal to Starbucks!!!! Yes coffee is served along with arcade games music and hospitality. It’s so clean and climate controlled that I now have no more worries about the condition or safety of my possessions stored there. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop by and meet Braum.
