Convenient location, but there is a mouse problem, and rates are getting unreasonable.

Awesome staff and extremely helpful and understanding. Very clean maintained establishment. I recommend however the carts should have at least one wheel with a brake for keeping it still on uneven asphalt..👍

What’s not to like? The facility is open 24 seven. It’s climate controlled. And the manager, Heather, is fantastic!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had two units for 8 months and we had zero issues. Our belongings were safe, and the building is well maintained. When we cleared out, Heather, the property manager, was incredible. We appreciated the access code, and the amount of surveillance that was on the property.

Great operation! Clean, climate controlled operation with extremely helpful staff and great access to supplies, if needed. Heather at the front desk is a superstar! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because there are no trash cans on the premises.

Spacious and affordable units. Plenty of parking. Clean building and friendly staff. They literally you by name. Stopped in to get stuff from one of my units and the front desk worker came to the other side of the building .. addressed me by name and informed me that I left one of my units unlocked accidentally. I would 100% recommend for long or short term storage.

Heather was so amazing, she helped me with deciding the right storage unit, and also explaining the sizes and prices, we laughed throughout the duration as well, and it was just and over all amazing experience in upgrading my unit, thank you soo much!

Seriously the girl on Richland avenue went above and beyond. She was on her break and helped me. she was very nice and professional. Hoping this gets her browney points cause she went out of her way to ask me if I needed someone from the office.

Ms Heather made getting a unit FUN, simple, and completely stress-free. The units are super clean, the whole experience was much easier than anywhere else I've been, HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone who needs a unit!

I want to thank Sarah who transferred me to Heather Fassnacht who did something that Storage Sense refused to do, talk with me over the phone and walk me through the remaining stuff that I had to do and sign. Rented a unit for my college roommates and I to put our belongings in over the summer. Property manager was very helpful and price was extremely reasonable. Although the unit was temperature controlled there was a mouse problem but nothing was too severly damaged.

Clean, secure, and reasonably priced. Rented a smaller unit for my son to store his stuff between semesters. Easy online rental, special online pricing and a great unit made for a fantastic experience. Will definitely use them again if storage is needed!

Had a bit of a mice problem in my storage that was somewhat brought on by my own poor decisions, but Missy was incredibly sweet and helpful! She gave me advice (as I have zero experience with mice) and some things to help me clean, and never made me feel bad.

Missy, the property manager, was extremely helpful in renting a storage space. She explained everything thoroughly and showed me around the facility. Everything in the facility is clean & well maintained. Update: Missy made the cancelation of the storage unit this month as easy as it was to initially rent the stirage unit. I would definitely use this facility again for my storage needs.

Needed a short term storage option. They have very good rates and we're very accommodating. Was able to reserve a unit on line, and they provided easy access to the unit. Unit was clean, and building has good temperature control. Will use them in the future too.

Applying online and making initial move in payment worked well. First month "free" promotion was a great offer. Unit very clean and building accessible with carts available to help with moving items in via ramp access. Secure entrances. Helpful reception staff during office hours. Lock given was very much appreciated.

Overall excellent service and very clean, the only major downfall is that they don’t have “NO” central air! I nearly passed out, that it was soooo hot🥵 outside and in the storage as well😠. “ But.. They surely do have central air in the office😣THEY REALLY NEED TO INVEST IN CENTRAL AIR”

He even gave us free water bottles when we got there which was greatly appreciated on a super muggy and hot day. The buy one month get one free is great for short term if you’re moving. Friendly staff. -1 star because the inside is a maze and finding a cart to use in a labyrinth is impossible. I’ve made 5 trips moving items so far and have yet to see one. Partly my fault because I’m not getting lost in there looking either. Perhaps a cart corral by the doors will help people return them so others can find them.
