I recently found myself in need of a short term storage solution for office materials. I contacted the Moove In Self Storage in Verona, PA. My experience was excellent. As per previous experience he was pleasant, professional and responsive. Storage locker was clean and ready for occupancy the same day when I needed it. Definitely a fan!!

Easiest experience ever. Never had to speak to anyone. Everything stayed safe and dry. Easy in and out.

Paul was so awesome! I walked in thinking I would pay an arm and leg, but I was pleasantly surprised! Paul helped me get a great price and was super sweet. He explained things in a way that I could understand and was so patient.

amazing staff, very communicative, warm and friendly, welcoming. Immediately upon meeting Paul and (was it Linda? I'm sorry I forgot her name!!) Made sure all information was conveyed, gave me a call for confirmation and to set up meeting and access to the unit within an hour of reservation, explained everything concisely and patiently answered all my questions. Let me start off by saying that Mr. Paul, the man who represented this company to me was an absolute superstar! Stayed open late so that my family could move into our unit and was an absolute blessing in a moments notice. Also provided complimentary waters and made things SO simple. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves high quality customer care!

Paul was so accommodating! We called very close to closing time as we needed a last minute storage shed after driving across country. He stayed late to accommodate us, brought us bottled water, was very kind, and did not rush us. When we got to the unit, the storage shed was clean, large, and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I needed a back up plan in case we couldn’t find a house before our lease was up in New York. I am so glad I chose to use the Moove In location in Verona. My unit was easy to access, the customer service I received was always top notch (thank you Paul!!), and the location was perfect! 10/10 would recommend!

Since Paul became the manager of Moove In storage things are so much better. Paul is always willing to help you or answer questions I have changed my review to 5 stars now.

I had a very positive experience at Moove in self-storage. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The process for signing the contract was quick and easy to understand. Plus I got the first month for free which was nice. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of self storage.

I love the folks at Moove In Storage! They helped me rent a 2nd unit right next to my old one during my big move into my new home. I was out of the new unit within a month, so because the first month is free, I paid nothing to use another unit to process and store short term while moving. Thank you!

Been renting a unit at this place for a little over a year now and has been working out great. Never any issues with the gate working or keypad to the gate or anything with my unit. Everything always works as it should. I wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit and the staff (Paul and Sarah) made it seamless and was extremely helpful and personable. Melissa was so helpful through the moving process and the online contactless process was so much easier than following strict timing and check in guidelines for moving.

I needed a small storage unit just for a couple of months to store some belongings that were pending sale. I am extremely busy and expected to have to go in during business hours and formally apply for a unit but I was able to lease my unit online, show up to fill it at my convenience and return periodically when I had time just to check on the status of my belongings. During the 2 months I had the unit, I actually never spoke to an employee even though my unit was very close to the office. Clearly, staff was there and available if needed during business hours but I appreciated being able to handle all of my business on my own time and without a single hassle as far as being upsold on items or bothered in any way. The gate always functioned correctly for me as did the locked coded doors leading to the indoor units. The place was always extremely clean and there were several loading devices always available. I had no problems at all and recommend them highly.

The employees who worked with us were absolutely fantastic, would recommend to anyone looking to get a storage unit.

This Storage unit place is really a nice place to keep your storage things. Melissa is really nice and they keep you up to date when things need paid. I rate it 5 stars. And the Gate helps too.

I received great service from Nickolas Klink at this location. He was friendly, helped me figure out how to save some money, explained options clearly, listened to my needs. Melissa was also great. They are easily the most responsive team I've yet encountered in the storage world. I recommend them wholeheartedly without reservation.

I have rented outdoor space for an RV here for over seven years. The place has really reasonable rates, great staff, and very secure with 24 hour surveillance. Would recommend this place to anyone! They also have garage sales a coupe times a years where tenants can sell their items and it's great, don't miss it.

My best friend has been using this storage for years and is constantly changing the size of the unit needed so I went with her the other day, and was shocked by how clean the lobby/office and bathroom were. Then I was even more impressed by the condition of the their units. Awesome!! Thanks
