I have had up to 3 storage units at Shelly’s facility. She is fantastic. Her attention to detail, and ability to quickly respond to any questions I’ve had over the years are top notch. The premises are well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility!

Being an out of state renter, Shelly has helped me numerous times over the last few years. In August, I was unable to unlock my 2 units, because I had been away for a number of months, and I have arthritis in my hands. It was about 95 degrees out! She walked all the way down to my unit - nearly the last one in the B building and brought WD 40. She then helped me "work the locks" to unlock both units. She is a gem and Moove In is lucky to have her!

Storage unit clean and well maintained. Easy access in and out. One thing, there to for partial month should be prorated and not pay for full if you are not using it. Over Great

I couldn't have asked for better service.. Shelly helped me fix a mess I had renting a unit.. and continued helping as I was moving out.. I recommend them fully.. and I would use them again in a heartbeat...

My sister used one of these units a few years ago so we came back to rent a small storage unit. It was simple to do online. Getting in and out is easy. The unit is the perfect size for our needs.

Fast, clean, fantastic service!

Was looking for a climate controlled space, and went to Lititz. Tierney was super helpful, and when I asked if there were any drive up units instead of inside, she checked on her computer, and said that the Manhiem Location had a couple. Drove right over and Shelly hooked me right up! 2 wonderful, efficient managers at different locations that go above and beyond! And the Manheim location was closer to home! A pleasant, hassle free experience for a clean, well lit unit at a fair price for today’s market. I give it 5 stars because they deserve it!

Clean, Shelly is great!

Needed a temporary climate controlled unit. Was directed to Lititz location and the manager there was super(I believe her name was Tierney) and actually directed me to the Manheim location as they had exactly what I needed after describing to her what I was looking for. Then went to Manheim and got exactly what I was looking for even closer to home! Shelly was fantastic! It’s rare in today’s business climate to find an extremely helpful and competent manager, let alone 2 in 2 separate locations, I would give more than a 5 star review to either one if I could! Wonderful experience!

Perfect location for our needs

Process to sign-up was quick and easy. Easy access to our storage, facility was clean and dry, cool in the summer. Would definitely use again.

Easy online leasing

I wasn't sure how easy reserving a unit online would be, and I was a little overwhelmed thinking about it. But it was very simple! Plus, the staff at moove in self storage followed up with a personal phone call to make sure all my questions were answered. Very happy with this experience so far. Nice to have some simplicity in the midst of such a difficult time!

Simple, easy just what we needed

The whole process from ordering online to our first trip to the unit has been very easy, quick and straightforward. Great customer service from Shelley nothing is too much trouble. I would totally recommend this location and would happily use Moove In storage again based on this experience. Storage unit Is clean, safe and secure, easy access when we needed perfect.

Manheim Moove In was a wonderful storage facility and storing experience (even if it was for a temporary move between places for us)!
