He helped me to figure out what size unit was most cost effective to fit my items as I was sizing down. He saved me money and he was right about the smaller size unit -everything fit just fine! Immaculate, safe, and amazing facility!

In the few months I have been renting a unit, I have been more than pleased with the excellent service and facilities. Everything is immaculate and the superb monitoring and security measures are extremely helpful in providing a peace of mind that my things are safe. Even the in the ‘non’ climate control units, the temperature variations don’t seem that unbearable although I haven’t seen through a winter yet. Unit came with a keyed disc lock. Will definitely recommend!

The cart that is provided needs lubed. It hurt my ears so I wore plugs. The resonance from metal doors and nothing soft to absorb the noise. I recommend some grease.

The online reservation process was easy. The in-person paperwork and orientation was COVID safe and efficient. The facility is clean and secure. My passcode worked the first time. And my 10x10 unit is just right for my needs.

A+ Customer Service is what you get at Moove In Storage Centerville. Had my exact unit picked out and paid for in less than 10 minutes on-line. When I arrived, security code was perfect and a brand-new free lock was waiting for me in my unit!!! Love this place already!!!
