It only took her 15 minutes to upgrade everything that the young lady did not do in 45 minutes at the Collins center. I know it is a new system but I do hope it works. Convenient, safe, secure, friendly and clean. The Location is convenient. Located just two minutes off 33. The property is a gated community with a keypad for entry and a moton sensor for quick simple exits. The pricing is very affordable and the property is kept clean by the Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I am pleased with what this Location has to offer in its entirety. ....plus.. ..Sandra (The Office Manager) IS AWESOME! Thanks, guys!

The process of selecting and securing a unit was fast and easy. I was shown the unit before reviewing the contract and making payment arrangements. The unit was nice and clean. Service was very pleasant. There was another longtime customer there at the time and he gave them a very good rating.

So far so good! Friendly staff, nice clean units and property. I feel my belongings will be safe and secure. Hours are very accommodating for working people.

Once gate access was completed , it’s been very easy to use. Clean facility.

Very clean unit, very nice staff. I got a 10x17 and it fitted 2 bedrooms, living room, and dining room items. I didnt bring my refrigerator but if you take out some totes it will fit, plus I staked things on top of furniture etc. You got to organized it. My fake tall trees, 4 of them, fitted. I have alot of totes (9) and black bags full of stuff (8). I did the transaction online and got a free month. $230 total, very reasonable pice. The mooving storage company charges insurance around $12 a month extra and a one time fee of $22. The 3rd month I will be paying $208 then. Mooving storage place will then send a gate code and the storage unit number after you paid for the unit. I got a lock for free also. It is in the storage unit. Only thing was the gate code didn't add press * before the numbers and letters and at the end press #. I called mooving storage and they helped me and is very helpful. So Rent from them you won't go wrong. I added pictures of some stuff I put the the unit.

So easy to work with and so kind and competent. Unit was clean and check out was an absolute breeze. No nickel and diming with move out. Highly recommend.

Customer Service At It's Finest! I've moved a lot in my life and dealt with many storage places. I know top notch service when I see it and this really is it. Alex and Sam care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best unit for your needs at the right time. More than that, they are friendly, helpful, professional and treat their business with care and attention to detail. This is a well protected, brightly lit, clean facility. If you need to go a little out of your way to store here, I absolutely recommend you do it. It will be worth the peace of mind and smile on your face once you realize just how great a moving/storage experience can be!

The facilities are clean and conveniently located but most importantly I signed up because of the Property Manager, Alex. He was super courteous, professional, and built immediate rapport with me and that made me want to do business with him. Friendly and personable experience goes a long way. Go see Alex!
