Terri is a pleasant manager and makes all the difference in this industry. She has been cooperative and honest which again is incredibly important when investing rental fees month after month. I would return should the need arise as long as the management is the same. Shawn R

So. Moooooove In. Let me start by saying we have used Move-In on and off for about the last 8 years. Have had a great experience with them….up until 2 months ago during what seemed to be a change in management. There was some confusion, and undoubtedly, anxiety for us and our most precious belongings. Kurt, the new, owner, listened and worked with us when he took over….it was so reassuring. But then cut to 5 days ago: the first of this month. We were caught trying to move and dealing with the unexpected need to put our sweet 19 year old dog down, all on the 1st of December. TERRY. As much as Kurt, the owner, worked with us, TERRY, the office manager, LISTENED with each phone call or text and helped us to find a way to manage financial difficulties during the most financially difficult time of the year for anyone; the holidays… Guys: Mooove-on stayed true to their name and was dedicated to helping actually be able to Move into our new home when the time came. My wife and I can’t say enough about the service, grace, and understanding we received when we needed it the most. Terry, you’re a doll!! Merry Christmas!

Aaron is great, helpful and easy to deal with. The driveway is a bit rough and the units are raised a bit (6-8") which is great for making sure water doesn't get into the unit but rough if you need to lift a rolling item into it. other than that its a great storage operation at very decent prices.

I recently rented a 10x20 non climate controlled unit. It was clean and kept all my stuff safe and dry. The price was insane in my opinion, but they were the only ones with availability. Aaron was very professional and responsive to all of my calls and emails. I truly appreciate you, sir.

Moove In Storage is unbeatable for service and accommodation. We were transitioning from house to house and needed 3 months of storage. This was the first time we had to use storage, and Aaron & team were very helpful. One night I received a call that one of our pad locks wasn't secure -- they do walk arounds and let you know if anything is wrong. Best in the business!

As I was scrambling to find a storage unit I stumbled upon Move In and am so glad I did. Not only did I find a unit to rent I found their "barn" !! I fit everything I owned and it was spotless. Clean facility, great staff, reasonably priced. On one occasion I forgot to secure my lock when I left. The staff found it upon doing checks and immediately notified me. I felt safe with my property there.

We had our belongings at Moove In for almost two months. First of all, Aaron is extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. He was thorough in explaining the process and understanding of our needs and concerns. The unit was spotless when we moved in. We also loved how spacious the property was (useful when you have multiple vehicles bringing/taking things). This storage area is convenient to Route 23 and is very accessible. The driveways could be improved but dealing with Jess, the office manager balances out. She is a new employee that is performing very well. Would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs!!!

We had occasion to use Moovein Storage following my mothers passing during the time we were settling her estate and deciding what we were going to do with all that stuff our parents collected after 80 years! The manager, Terry was incredibly helpful during the two years we maintained the unit (we thought we could get it all done within 3 month, boy was I wrong.) Terry was accessible and helpful, especially when I lost the code to get in. I always had difficulty using the on-line pay method but Terry always helped me through it. The unit was always clean and dry, I have notice it was particularly clear of rodent evidence. Everything we place there remained just as we left it.

Terry is really good. I was renting in Hamburg. This is the only storage facility that charged a hefty late fee before 30 days late, The new gate system does not work to let you out. The facility was not locked for most of the time I rented there. Anyone could come in while you were there. Now, you can't get out. The minute you are late you get locked out of your unit.

It was a pleasure dealing with a "professional" for a change. I arrived after hours and saw a lady who was about to back out of her parking spot, she stopped and asked if there was anything she could do for me. I told her to go ahead and go home. She pulled back into the space got out of her car and opened the office back up and welcomed me in. I'm very hard of hearing, "Maggie" was very patient and kind to me . I'm moving in the middle of June and you can bet I'm coming back to rent from Moove In Self Storage. Thank you Maggie! Keep smiling!
