This is a good storage, clean, safe, and temperature-controlled. The staff is kind and professional. I am giving four stars instead of five because during my stay Management changed and all unit prices increased. In addition, insurance now is not optional as it was in previous management.

One of our family members had a devastating fire but many personal property items were damp, smoky, and salvageable. I was able to make emergency arrangements with Casey at the Tiffin Move In Self Storage to secure contents prior to demolition of the structure. This greatly assisted us to be able to clean and store furnature until another living quarters could be found. Thank you!

Always dealt with Casey at this location, always helpful and friendly. Requested some yellow tape to be added to the opening of the unit where you step up to catch the attention of the second step up to avoid tripping, this was done the next day. Casey was always willing to answer any questions.

Experience was all good. Clean easy to get in and out of storage. It would be nice if there were access to electricity for the units is my only suggestion. Also the business changed ownership and the rates took a couple of increases while we were renting which was unfortunate. They were quick and efficient in closing our account upon checkout.

Very easy transactions. Opened an account and recieved information on storage ALL over the phone; never even had to do anything in person. And even closed storage account over the phone. SO EASY and SO FRIENDLY!

It's a 5 star property right off the interstate next to a truckstop at the Tiffin location with outdoor streaming music and extra tall units for more storage and a 5 star hotel-style front desk where KC the manager always provides generous and prestigious customer care and it's always a pleasure to do business there. If you shop all the rest you'll find this one is the best deal!

From start to finish, the staff here were great. The facilities were modern and clean. Easy to get in and out of for trucks. Would highly recommend for people needing some extra time to store their stuff while they wait for a home.

I am a lifelong resident of Johnson County. I move a lot and often need storage. My experience with Quality Care Storage has been fantastic. Lately, I decided to try their new location in Tiffin. This location is tops and has new climate-controlled units that can be accessed directly from curbside. This makes for a very convenient move in and out. In addition, moving trucks would have a very easy drive in and drive out. I was told that this place is semi-truck friendly which is a first in this area. Their prices are very reasonable and their staff are very helpful. Thanks Brandon for being an outstanding representative of Quality Care! I was also impressed with their policy of providing tamper-resistant locks when renting a unit. This makes for a safe, worry-free experience. They also have moving boxes if the need arises, Kiosks for automated checkouts during out of business hours. Lastly, they have drop off stations for Goodwill which makes for a very convenient pathway for shedding unneeded items in your possession rather than sending them to the trash. Peace!
