This is a well designed facility that takes into account water flow from rain. I do not expect any rain to get into my unit because of the way it's designed to carry the water away from the units.

Very clean, secure, and all around great place. They have been so accommodating to us, even having someone come out instantly when there were issues.

Moove In had great customer service, not only via the call center when I asked a number of questions, but the Manager, Sarah reviewed my recorded call with the call center and was very accommodating for us. Sarah returned calls promptly, clearly went over everything and had a smile on her face no matter how many questions I asked! I also like all the on-line capabilities available, to pay my bill and search for available units on-line.
