When my family and I sold our home quicker than expected and hadn't found our next home, we chose to store our things short term so we could stay with family without overwhelming them. For our storage needs I turned to the internet and found, MOOVE In Storage. They proved to not only be convenient but also the least expensive option for the same sized unit that the other storage companies were offering except this one offered one month's rent FREE! After making my initial reservation on line, I was prompted to contact a customer service number to complete my transaction. The person i reached was professional, friendly, helpful and to the point but not from the location I had chosen. After completion I realized I had a few more questions. I called back and reached Chris, from the Stroudsburg, PA location. Finally someone from the actual location that I had chosen! YAY! A REAL PERSON THAT I COULD ACTUALLY SEE AND KNOWS THE ACTUAL UNITS!! He answered everything that I inquired about with knowlege and courtesy and left me feeling well cared for and comfortable with my decision to store with them. Upon reaching the facilities, I found the premises to be secured, clean, well cared for and easy for me to find on my own without too much wandering. Not to mention every unit comes with a free lock! BONUS!! I would hands down recommend Moove In Storage, again and again. Thanks Chris and thank you Moove In Storage!

This place was perfect. The storage space is great, and the price is the best in the area for the most part, I checked. The man who works at this facility is so kind and generous. He values customer service and it shows. He's very understanding and patient, very easy to talk to and approachable. I will definitely be using this storage place to store my things over the summer for college again.🥰

WOW is all I can say right now! Units are spotless - super clean, it's quite remarkable. I was able to do literally EVERYTHING on line, at the last minute and was able to move in the same day. Everything was very easy to understand, step by step, the process wasn't difficult at all. Absolutely loved it. Prices are very fair. I couldn't be happier right now. Thank you!

Moove In self storage in Stroudsburg is the best!! Very clean and secure!! Office staff, Sam, is very friendly, and explain everything I needed to know about the place and fitting my request in getting two storage units next to each other. Chris went above and beyond in helping me make sure my storage container was set next to my storage units to be able to unload. As I was not in the state yet. What a wonderful staff and experience. They took away my stress of my cross distance move away. Look no further for a storage facility!!! This place is it. Highly recommend!

I rented a few storage units in north eastern PA during the last five years , in Monroe Co. but by far this was the best. Price was reasonable, unit was clean and dry and staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this storage complex.

This place is fantastic for RV, lots of space, fantastic monthly rate. Chris who I never met but talked on the phone,very professional. I had my RV there for a month, my RV was safe. Couldn't ask for anything better, got the best service. Now I took my RV out, moving to Florida. I doubt I'll come back to NJ but I trust this place, so I definitely would leave my RV here.

This is the best place to store your things around. Chris is professional and really cares about you and your stuff. He made us feel comfortable like family. We had to make adjustments in unit size at the last minute and Chris helped us to do it with ease and a smile. If you need to store anything this is the place to do it. From the moment I walked I was greeted and felt welcomed. Chris was more than accommodating. He walked me around to the different vehicle storage spaces / parking aisles. He made a recommendation of a particular site and showed me all the other accomodations that where available. While my contract was being processed we had a really good chat. I think me and my boat will be happy at this facility. They also have great video surveillance coverage of the lots. I have to say I'm very happy I chose Moove in Self Storage.

Usually I don’t write comments but I had to for this rating .Moove In storage is amazing! Chris the person who works in the office is friendly, pleasant and informative about the size of each storage unit. Chris properly accommodate you to the correct size unit for your items. Any questions that I asked him I always felt confident that I received the correct answer. The place is clean even when it snows ; the facility is well kept. The storage units are monitored and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to store your items.. in times like these you seldom find a business that is managed by a family with integrity and respect for their customers. 💯

Little pricey but clean and secure

Below you’ll find my original review of this location when Allison was the person in charge. I wouldn’t change a single word. Now, Chris is the new person in charge of the place as Allison moved on to I'm sure bigger and better things. This gentleman has been a perfect replacement for her. He’s courteous, understanding and more so helpful. I can’t emphasize enough how excellent this establishment is and its very much so because of its employees. I stand behind my original review and if i could give these guys 10 stars, i would. 1000% recommend! Original Comments: First things first, I’ve lived in about four different states and rented a spot for my trailer from possibly 10 different locations over the last seven years. This place is without a doubt the most convenient, friendly, easy, affordable and clean place I’ve ever seen. I honestly expected my experience with Allison to be similar to a lot of the other places I’ve rented from in the past; “give me money and I’ll give you 40 feet of space“. This was absolutely not the case. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she’s also a delight to work with. She answered every conceivable question I could think of to the point where I myself thought I was getting too annoying. If you’re looking for a place to rent and there is vacancy here do yourself a favor and call them ASAP, don’t look for another place and don’t think about the drive over just call.

Where do I begin? Well, I found Allison absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional, likeable, and made my rental very easy. I like the way Moove in Storage lets you pay your bill in a variety of ways where other places only want you to charge it on a credit card etc. I would recommend Moove in Storage to anyone who wants to simplify their already hectic move into either a new house or apt.

Great experience, both with the present owner’s representative / property manager Allison Greydanus, as well the previous owners Rich and Steve. Allison has been extremely helpful with everything, even with finding me a mechanic to work on my hovercraft and utility trailer in absentia (I live in Manhattan), which wasn’t really even remotely a part of her job description. Very nice lady! I would highly recommend them!

Very clean, well maintained facility with 24 hour access. I've had a unit there for 5 years and never had an issue.

This is also my second time storing at Additional Storage in the Gap. These guys are super friendly and accommodating - so much so that I didnt even bother to look for something closer to me in Philly, now that I live over here, because I know my stuff is in a good place up there, and at a good price. It's also conveniently across the street from the bus station in case you're leaving a vehicle there - transport is easy. Hands down recommend this Additional Storage In The Gap!

A good place to store your belongings. It doesn't matter if you just need some extra room or you have to store a large amount of your things, Rich and Steve and there to help. What I love about this place is that they pay attention to the details. As a woman, I care that it's safe, clean, well-lit, and I don't worry about running into some creepy person in the dark. You can just tell they're really decent people who are trying to do it right. I like them.
