Art is a very patient and understanding individual, and he is very helpful. Made the process for establishing a parking spot very easy, and I highly recommend his services.

These folks are very easy to work with. Most communication is by email which is nice. The location is clean and access is easy. We had a good experience with this company.

Awesome Art, I had to rent a storage space to store some furniture because my brother past away, I had to clean his apartment and had furniture that needed to be stored, I live in Minnesota and couldn't bring the furniture back home with me at the time. when I arrived at the storage facility, I realized I'd been giving the incorrect storage bin number, in my panic i tried to called but was unable to contact anyone because it was late sunday evening. knowing there was no place to put the furniture, I just used an empty bin. I called the next business day and spoke with Art Schwarting, Art gave me great peace of mind. He changed/corrected the contract, change the lock that i had put on incorrectly to secure my items, Compensated me for my inconvenience, emailed me the new contact and apologized. the best thing about it is it all happened from the comfort of my home in a whole different state, Hats off for Art!! in my time of grieving you took away that added stress. Thank you Art!! Job well done!!
