I'm very pleased with my decision to move my belongings from red dot to move in self storage. Red dot is by far the worst storage facility I've ever used there was multiple break ins no staff there ever security gate was always broken and it was dirty. Move in self storage is completely the opposite Kevin at the front office was great to work with very helpful and friendly he made me feel at ease knowing my things would be safe. They have staff on site everyday a ton of security cameras the place was very clean and the security gate was working. I'm very happy I choose move in self storage, and would highly recommend them. I have rented a large and a small unit at Moove In Self Storage (both temperature controlled) and was very pleased. The area was clean, well secured, and even had carts available for use. I have received good communication on the phone when needed.

I rented a space from Moove Self storage approximately a month ago to store my brothers furniture that had passed on 3 days prior, with the information that I was provided and arrived at facility to put the items in. the storage facility is in Iowa city bit I live in Minnesota and was not able to get the items home at that time, The information regarding the code and storage unit number was incorrect so I was standing inside the building with all this furniture and no where to store it. I saw a unoccupied unit right across from the assigned unit and decided to just put the items in that unit. I contacted the office and informed them that I had stored my items in a different unit that was actually larger than the original assigned unit, I spoke with Art Schwarting that handled the situation and put my mind at ease. He was sympathetic to my situation as I was still grieving over the loss of my brother First of all, he informed that I had put the lock on incorrectly and that my items weren't safe, he cut the lock off for me and secured my items by putting a new lock on the unit and since the unit I chose was larger and would cost more, he got ne a temporary discount due my inconvenience. He helped gain peace of mind knowing that he had taken care of my situation personally while I sat at home in Minnesota, I also found out that it was his first week on the job. Obviously who ever hired him chose the right man for the job!!! Thank you so much Art for being professional, considerate, understanding and kind. making my life a little easier in this difficult time in my life, I appreciate you.

This is only my second time renting a storage unit so I don't have a lot of experience but my experience with Moove In was great. I had actually called a month before I needed a unit and was put on a "waitlist". By the time the next month rolled around, I hadn't heard from anyone so I just decided to rent a unit through their website which was actually pretty easy. Shortly after, someone from Moove In called me and left a message saying they had reserved a unit for me. Even though I already had a unit rented out and clarified I no longer needed one, I still really appreciated they followed through and reserved one for me. I was also appreciated the little "welcome gift" inside the storage unit. Everyone I interacted with was really nice too. Would def recommend.

was a typical storage facility that served it's purpose, my only qualm was the overall price and being forced to buy insurance! My unit was 10' by 5' and for $85 was a bit hefty, then my last month it went up another $10! Glad i finally got all my stuff out, because of location and convenience it was very good, however next time i may look around for comparisons.

Move to storage went smoothly, staff were helpful every time I called and I found the unit ok - although the map given was a little confusing so we didn't find the unit the first time around - but we soon figured it out!

It was move out day in Iowa City and we went to our storage unit that I paid for in May outside Iowa City to Storage Rentals of America …..it’s now July. We arrive. I’ve paid….but they cancelled my reservation. And we aren’t the only ones. The worker said there had been many treated the same way, several showing up with uhauls full, only to be turned away. The front desk lady (Taylor) referred us to Moove In. They were AMAZING!!!!! Ashley, their employee calmed our anger, and our check in and payment were so easy! They were pleasant and had us booked immediately! One thing I really liked is that the units were swept clean and there are rodent catchers everywhere. Also, you get a lock!! Within hours we were moving my sons stuff in. So relieved! A terrific company with top notch employees. We’ll NEVER go anywhere else!

I had a unit at this location for 12 years and I must say that I had a fantastic experience working with them. They were extremely quick to get back to me via email, always friendly, good communicators and helpful with the issues I had in living abroad. After revisiting my unit finally after a decade, I was delighted to find that my climate controlled location was in amazing shape. Just a bit of dust - otherwise my things were just as I had left them. Overall, I can't recommend them enough.

So far so good! The process was easy, I never had to set foot in the office and they have deals and discounts whether your rent online or over the phone. I have not moved in yet but I don't expect any issues.

The size was exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and ready for load in I did have three concerns: 1. There is a light outlet but the bulb was burned out. 2. The pallet liners/flooring inside the unit are not well supported and walking on them is dangerous as they move under bodyweight. 3. The lock was difficult to put in place and secure on the door.

Quick check in process. The guy that helped me was Kevin. He was great to work with.

Super easy to rent, they send you a map to your unit and key code instructions. Just took one call and one email and we were good plenty of room for my kayak even in the smallest unit because them be TALL. You get two keys as well which is super nice. Would recommend for any storage needs you have!

Helped movers get into my unit to unload when we were unable to and when it became apparent it would not all fit, they contacted us and got us switched right over to a bigger unit nearby. The transition to the new owners and new name came out of nowhere and was super confusing, but the staff in the office are exceptionally helpful, sign- up was easy, the location is great, accessing the unit is a breeze, and everything else went as expected with a very easy move out process. I cannot say better things about this place. I had a different company cancel my reservation 2 days before I was supposed to move my entire 1 bedroom out (mind you, I reserved the unit a month prior to when I would need it). In a panic, I asked my friends for recommendations and they sent me here. The workers are all lovely to talk to and were understanding when I was panicking on the phone about not knowing what to do. They found me a unit on such short notice and in the peak of move in/out season. They made my experience stress free. 10/10 all around. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family !

Went to the Entrance and drove to the unit. Was surprised to see the Unit was much taller than I expected. Put down a tarp and locked up the Unit. SO far very easy process with Moove In Self Storage. I would recommend them to others at this point. Move out completed and this company was excellent!!

Set up and communication is great, good pricing, easy to use and location good. However, I wish we would have covered our furniture better as they replaced the concrete in front of our unit and there was excessive concrete dust blown in under the door on our stuff.

They have the best customer service and greatest storage unit to have a worry-free storage experience! I had an emergency move-out that I had to find a storage room the next day. There weren't many units available for me, but the customer service representative lady was so patient. She searched all the possible locations and provide different size of unites and their prices. I was able to get a storage room the day I called. When I checked in at the office, people there are so nice and friendly. They gave me a free lock for my unit which is amazing. Also, when I tell them about moving out a day later, they replied my email pretty fast and they didn't charge me for any additional fee. Besides the excellent customer service, the unit itself was fairly clean when I moved in. The front door is wide enough to move all the furniture. I booked a unit with AC, so the whole environment was pretty pleasant. I didn't see a single bug in this whole month (July). They also offer free dollies for people to use. Overall, I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had with them. Highly recommend

Great place, plenty of security and a helpful staff. The only problem was when I checked in. It took about 20 minutes and I had two trucks waiting. Not a big deal but I wish they would have asked if any trucks were waiting, then let them go and unload while I checked in.

The staff went above and beyond with getting me into storage. I needed to load in before the team was on-site, and I received a call from one of the managers to make sure the process went smoothly. The facility is spotless, and the unit I moved into was in excellent (like new) condition. I highly recommend Moove In for your storage needs.

Kevin and the team at Moove In were fantastic. They were able to get my unit ready to go quickly and even offered me a move in promo that I didn't know about to help me save money. The welcome email with the facility map made finding my unit easy and it was perfectly clean with a brand new lock in it just like they said it would be. I currently am renting a unit in one of the climate-controlled buildings at the Moovin Self Storage facility in Coralville. The facility is clean, well-taken care of, has good lighting and security and offers various room options. The property manager has been very accommodating, professional and responsive, and I recommend renting from Moovin Self Storage in Coralville.

Moovein Storage was very helpful. I had a regular unit and wanted to rent a temperature control smaller unit. They quickly merge the two accounts and I was able to move to the new unit the same day. Thank you Kevin for all your help.

Needed a last minute storage unit for my daughter's car while she is at school. All the lots on campus were full. The staff at Moove In Self Storage were able to help my daughter when I couldn't be there. She got there about 30 mins before closing only to find that the storage unit I rented online wasn't big enough. The employees were very friendly and stayed late and helped her get everything all taken care of. If the need ever arises again, I would not hesitate to give Moove In Self Storage my business.

Quality Care has been accommodating in renting out units when we have needed them and have added units very quickly when we have needed to add additional. Quality Care is easily accessible. They keep their facilities clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Quality Care Storage for storage needs.

They made it easy to rent a unit for a reasonable price. We completed the rental transaction remotely without me needing to come in to the office and I was able to access the unit quickly via an individually keyed gate code. The unit itself is clean and exactly what I expected. Note the deadline for evening gate access is 10pm (though extended hours are available). The facility itself seems secure with a decent number of cameras and good lighting. We brought our own lock, but the lock provided also seemed on par with the nice lock we had already purchased.

I reserved and paid for a 5' x 10' until and when we arrived, we found it too small. We were in a bind, so called the office. They found another, but larger unit available there and worked with us over the phone to switch it since our U-haul was already overdue. They went above and beyond to help us. Great customer service! The 10' x 10' unit was just the right size, clean and no spiders. We did put plastic down to protect the items from moister. Access to and from the unit is easy and can drive right up to it. I would recommend Quality Care Storage!

Used it to store furnitures during a move. Service was very nice. Storage areas were clean, no pest problem. The room insulation must be very good because even the non-temperature-controlled room was less than 102*F during hot summer month. They also have temperature-controlled rooms. Only inconvenience that I had was that the gate access time ends by 10pm, so no after hours access for getting into the storage areas. Otherwise, with reasonable price, a good place for temporary storage of stuff.

The way they both have checked us in was very professional, friendly and outstanding. They both have exceeded my expectations. Easily accessible with a very convenient location. Locker was clean and secure, and QCSC offered nice padlocks for sale on site at a reasonable price. This will be my first stop for any future storage needs.

Quality Care Storage Rocks! Honestly, they really do. We rented a unit several years ago when we moved from Iowa to Europe for a job. A lot of our household items that we did not take with us were stored at the Iowa City facility. The 24 hour access was wonderful as we could get in shortly after a late flight, get whatever we wanted and then lock up. The facility is clean and dry. We had a climate controlled unit, and everything was in the same condition when we moved it out as it was when we stored it there. The employees are nice and do a great job. If you want excellent storage at a good price, this is an excellent choice.

The units are great and reasonable priced. Staff is top notch and you can feel safe with the secure compounds and gates. The climate controlled unit are the best. I came in during freezing temperatures and the building was nice and warm.

A little pricy but iy is the only one in the area that was recommended to me. Customer service there is top notch! Really friendly.
