MISS Hires Poston as Property Manager
Local self storage company Moove In Self Storage (MISS) has hired DonnaJean Poston as Property Manager. DonnaJean joined the company in November 2018 to manage the Moove In Self Storage locations on Pottstown and Douglassville, PA. Moove In Self Storage is managed by Investment Real Estate Management, LLC (IREM).
Her duties include daily operations of both self storage facilities which consists of renting available storage units to customers, preparing units for online rentals, retention of existing tenants, collecting payments and fees, retail sales, managing delinquent accounts, preparing weekly and monthly reports and marketing the facility locally, among other responsibilities.

ABOUT DONNAJEAN POSTON
DonnaJean has a background in medical billing and coding with a specialization in old debt collections and fund recovery. These skills easily translate into the self storage industry as she has extensive customer service and relations experience with direct customer contact, immense organizational abilities and great attention to detail.
DonnaJean grew up in Bedford, PA, has lived in Norristown, and currently resides in Pottstown for the last 17 years. She is married with four children and enjoys spending time with her family. In her free time, she plays keyboards with the worship team at her church, spends time with her dogs and enjoys doing crafts.
When asked about joining the team at Moove In, DonnaJean states, “I am very excited to work for Moove In and with a team who is actually excited about what they do. It’s refreshing!”
