On Saturday, February 25th, Moove In Self Storage in Quarryville once again supported the Quarryville Library in sponsoring hole #5 at the Annual Go-Fore Golf outing. Over the last three years, Moove In has been proud to sponsor this community event that invites local residents out for a round of miniature golf set up right inside the library!
Moove In was excited to not only sponsor, but participate this year! Property Manager, Julie Casella, played a round along with other attendees of the event, while handing out the signature Moove In tote with coloring pages and crayons to children playing on the course.
Children and adults alike began putting on the 16 green course on Saturday morning, all looking for the hole in one at each, but especially the last one trying to win special prizes in the 17th Hole Café. The course, featuring several different obstacles including hidden tunnels and ‘duck ponds’, was originally built by Solanco High Tech Education students.
This year, the Quarryville Library added a fun new twist to the annual event by introducing Glow Golf in the evening. Attendees worked their way through a course lit up by black lights with fun glow sticks and other colorful lights. Also to add to the fun, prizes were up for the best score of the player age brackets for the day!
