Wonderful service and experience with Cassidy. In new to the area and my move was far from good so it was so nice to have a great experience when getting a storage unit. Cassidy was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I accidentally left a DVD shelf outside of my unit overnight. Luckily Cassidy called to ask if it was mine instead of just trashing it like other storage places would do. Great service!! Great job!!

Anytime I had a problem with any scenario they were prompt and punctual and helpful the cost is unbeatable and it was a hassle free end of term obligation. When I could not get a locker open someone responded immediately and we resolved the issue which was very appreciated. Easy and convenient spacious room both for storage and getting around the facility tucked off the main drive so easy to get to but also adds a benefit of being hidden from general public low overhead keeps the price just below average market not to mention very clean

Cassidy was phenomenal!!! She answered questions and gave me tips and small information. She was quick and flexible with her schedule to meet with me. The facility was clean and spacious, I am not worried to store my things here.

Kelly was great! Spoke with her at the end of the week and she said she would call me Monday and hopefully have a storage unit available for me. Filled the application out over the phone and signed over my phone as well. Kelly made it super simple! Went up and started moving my things into storage the same day. Storage unit was clean and ready for me, Kelly even provided the lock for me. Very easy and quick process!! Highly recommend.
